At ISPRIKE our vision is to provide the highest quality leather products at the best prices possible. We achieve this by taking care of every step of the leather-making process, from preservation and preparatory operations to tanning, post-tannage, finishing, cutting pattern, and sewing, with an added touch of innovation. Our commitment to innovation and excellence ensures that we create custom leather goods that stand out from the competition.

 

Mission:

Our mission is to revolutionize the leather industry by adopting the innovative polycarbamoylsulfonate (PCMS) system. As a first step, we are focusing on implementing the inverse chrome technology and wet white concept. By minimizing the production of chrome-containing solid waste, the wet white concept introduces a pre-tanning step to create an intermediate product with a partly stabilized structure, reducing shrinkage and allowing for easier mechanical operations, transportation, and storage. Our efforts are largely driven by the growing demand for chrome-free products in the automotive sector, in compliance with the EU Directive 2000/53/EC regulating disposal of waste from scrapped vehicles. In the near future, we aim to use aluminum and titanium salts, silicon dioxide gel, polyacrylates, syntans, glutaraldehyde derivatives, and other tanning agents instead of chromium salt for pre-tanning, with the bonding of aldehyde-based agents mainly on the amino groups of collagen. Our target is to achieve a minimum dosage of 1.25% aluminum oxide or 1.0-1.5% glutaraldehyde or 0.75% titanium oxide for effective pre-tanning.
